Founded in 2004, Safran Homes creates bespoke developments in the South East of England. We work with a select range of architectural partners, drawing on their knowledge and sensitivity to local style to create homes that exceed expectations.

We respect architectural heritage; our homes showcase the best in contemporary construction and design yet compliment their surroundings, integrating with the architectural language of their location.

The founders of Safran Homes combine expertise in construction and land management with a commitment to create homes of exceptional quality. Robert Coughlan has over 25 years experience in the construction industry, alongside an insider's grasp of the development process. In his own words "we believe in building excellence".

We pride ourselves on transparency, understanding that land transactions have to be founded on trust. James Hannah has over ten years experience in high level land acquisition. Adept at managing relationships with landowners and institutions, he oversees the sourcing of sites and contractual negotiations – actively promoting sites through the planning system and helping vendors to understand the process throughout.

Marketing and Sales Director, Olivia Woodthorpe, has continuous involvement from start to finish in every project, and is highly experienced in both public relations and marketing as well as holding a qualification in residential development. The active involvement of all directors ensures that we can commit to large scale investments with confidence.
