Buying off plan you will be able to shape the design of your new homes from inception: kitchens and bathrooms, fixtures and fittings including carpets, tiles, skirting, architraves and cornices will be fitted according to your choice. You can also have electrical systems for hi-fi and media upgrade to your specifications.

There is no minimum threshold. While the scale of any potential development is bound by the acreage available, different parcels of land may have features that make them suitable for development - which really can only be determined in a site visit by one of our surveyors.
