How can I be assured that the house I buy from Safran Homes complies with all the necessary planning and construction legislations?

All Safran Homes developments have full Building Control certifications. They also come with a ten-year National House Building Council Buildmark warranty or equivalent.

I'm considering buying off plan, how much influence can I have on the interior?

Buying off plan you will be able to shape the design of your new homes from inception: kitchens and bathrooms, fixtures and fittings including carpets, tiles, skirting, architraves and cornices will be fitted according to your choice. You can also have electrical systems for hi-fi and media upgrade to your specifications.

What about the gardens? Do you design the exterior too?

Yes. The gardens in all Safran Homes developments are fully landscaped and ready to enjoy.

Are you willing to buy land that has no planning consent?

Absolutely. The team running Safran Homes had a deep understanding of planning procedures and will purchase sites without planning consent.

What is the minimum land area that you would consider for development?

There is no minimum threshold. While the scale of any potential development is bound by the acreage available, different parcels of land may have features that make them suitable for development - which really can only be determined in a site visit by one of our surveyors. If you own land that you think may have development potential contact us and speak one of our land managers.
